Natashia is a native of the Colorado Mountains. After studying liberal arts at cu boulder, she traveled and received her teaching certification with Bikram in 2002. As an athlete, mom, and daily practitioner, she instructs at the Yoga College of India with appreciation for students from all traditions and all levels.
Amber Kurkoski I took my very first Bikram Yoga class February 11th, 2007, the day that changed my life forever. I fell fast and hard. It was Love at first sweat! I attended the Bikram Teacher Training in Hawaii that fall. A lot, of sweat and tears later, I emerged with a teaching certificate and was ready to share my knowledge. I love teaching and I love taking class.The positive changes are too numerous list here. My advice to share is to come experience a Bikram yoga class for yourself.
Marlon McGann began her teaching career with Bikram Choudhury, yoga guru and founder of Bikram Yoga, also known as Hot Yoga in 1987. While working with Bikram, she also studied for five years with internationally recognized yoga and emotional healing pioneer, Ana Forrest. Marlon’s extensive teaching experience includes: Bikram Headquarters in Los Angeles ( 23 years), Bryan Kest’s Power Yoga in Santa Monica, Mark Blanchard’s Power Yoga in Studio City, Yoga Body and Soul Workout in West Hollywood, Classes for the City of Beverly Hills Continuing Education program and many years of private yoga instruction for high-profile clients. A Yoga Alliance registered teacher, Marlon has appeared on the Janice Dickinson Show and the Ozzy Ozbourne Show. “I’m thrilled,” she says, “to be
here in Aspen and teaching yoga, I look forward to meeting more prospective students in the area.”
Ambere Cunningham was born and raised in Basalt, Colorado where sports were always a part of her life. After playing Division I soccer player at West Virginia University, she returned home to Basalt and discovered Bikram Yoga. Ambere became a certified Bikram Yoga Instructor in Honolulu in the Spring of 2007 and has been teaching in Basalt, Carbondale and Glenwood ever since.
Kellee Morris has been a certified Bikram yoga instructor and bodyworker for over 10 years. Her career started and continues now with the Aspen Valley Yoga studios under the expert training of Bel and Emily Carpenter. Because of her experience of this yoga’s power she is an enthusiastic advocate of Bikram yoga and offers a class which is energetic, encouraging, precise and sometimes funny, to encourage us all to focus the mind, learn mental discipline and also have fun and not take ourselves too seriously as we release the old painful patterns.With an extensive background of body work and energy work modalities, she specializes in injury recovery, stress relief and relaxation, her specialty is working with the breath in the thai yoga massage sessions.
Maurice ‘Reese’ Cline is originally from North Carolina. A Computer Systems/Network Engineer and a US Army Veteran. Reese graduated Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in
November 2010 in San Diego, CA. Reese found a new reason for Bikram Yoga after starting Teacher Training with a DVT (“Deep Vein Thrombosis”(blood clot)) in the femoral vein of his right leg and attributes Bikram Yoga for helping to heal and prevent further issues. Currently living in Glenwood Springs, Colorado and teaching at Bikram Yoga Aspen Valley with enthusiasm and care for each student that walks through the doors.
